The PUBLIC V7i is our most reliable, minimalist, and best-priced internally geared bike.
At its core is Shimano’s Nexus 7-speed internally geared rear hub, designed for smooth, seamless shifting—even when you’re stopped at a light or coasting through the city. Unlike traditional derailleur systems, the gears are fully enclosed within the hub, protecting them from rough roads, bad weather, and everyday wear. The result? A cleaner look, easier operation, and significantly less maintenance.
Comfortable enough for daily cruising and dependable enough to serve as your commuter workhorse, the V7i features a strong double-wall wheelset built for durability. Alloy dual-pivot brakes provide confident stopping power, while polished fenders and an integrated alloy chain guard help keep you clean and dry in changing conditions.
The PUBLIC V7i delivers exceptional quality at an accessible price point.
As with all PUBLIC bikes, we offer our unique Ready to Ride shipping option, delivering a 99% pre-tuned and assembled bike straight to your door.
